I'd still love to see this as an after-school special someday (do they even produce those anymore?) It has the potential for a whole new generation of kids to fall in love with it and dissect it the way I did Little House on the Prairie or Catcher in the Rye (alright, maybe it doesn't aim to achieve Salinger's Caulfield status, but it could come close). Still available wherever books are sold sales have been very slow, but feedback has been trickling in from people who have borrowed a copy from someone I know indirectly and their praise is very much appreciated. |
